Approval required
Community access requires identity and practice verification, references, confidentiality commitments and administrator approval.
Client authority
A matchmaker must hold current authority and consent for every client proposal and stop using information after consent is withdrawn.
Access and commission
Seat limits, searches, subscription terms and commission are governed by an accepted agreement. The working direction is 20% of matchmaking fees actually collected, subject to final signed terms.
Restricted conduct
Bulk contact access, unauthorized exports, re-use of withdrawn proposals and misleading outcome claims are prohibited.
