Service nature
Samrah provides human-facilitated matrimonial introductions. Registration, submission or payment does not guarantee a match, marriage or outcome.
Eligibility and consent
Users must be adults, provide accurate information and participate voluntarily. Guardian involvement never replaces an adult candidate’s consent.
Acceptable use
Impersonation, harassment, unauthorized collection, sharing restricted information and bypassing privacy controls are prohibited.
Commercial terms
Any applicable plan, verification or success fee must be disclosed and accepted separately before it becomes binding.
